Hi Everyone!!! I noticed that there aren't many 2010 Watermill brides out there..so...I am on the hunt! I will start an on going list of all Watermill brides.
Hi! Thanks for starting this! We'll be getting married in the Vanderbilt Room on May 1, 2010. We're going tomorrow for the info session (my FH is giving up Mets tickets to go with me). Has anyone looked at any of their floral vendors? We booked photo and band that's not on their list.

Wow, I haven't even thought about meeting with Samantha at this point (we have our major vendors booked but not the stuff that she oversees). Now I'm nervous - I will have to set something up with her! Thanks for the feedback on how helpful it was. A friend of my FH's (who is getting married somewhere else on LI) used the Watermill for invitations and was so pleased.

i booked pedestals..i think pedestals is on their list. it dosent matter if the vendor is not on their list, you should just go with whatever you like the best.

We are using only ADA and Stan Wiest from their list.
As for florists, we went with Verbena. She met us there to show us our sample centerpiece...Pic in album.

Hey girls just some 411 for you all when i went to leave a paymenti was speaking with a new BM and he said to be that Bruce is no longer working at the watermill. I don't know anymore details.

watermill bride.....october 10,2010 in the aster suite....was the second hall i saw and just fell in love with it. We just heard that bruce left who was such a sweet and funny guy we were heart broken to hear that he recently left the watermill ;(.
Booked out photographer now have to look for a dj .

bruce's wife has her own private company ( not sure what kind ) but he lef the watermill to join his wife at her company . I heard this from one of the photographers that the watermill referred ( who we didnt use) but that was al the info i got. ***** we felt so comfortable with him ...who else do you girls deal with there ?

My BM IS Brain and he has been good with us, i meet with Frank the other day and he is the new guy, he told me he has worked at a bunch of catering halls and has been trying to get into the watermill for a whikle he recentely came from windows on the lake.

hi girls!! im a watermill bride! very excited..i have all the major vendors booked (photography/videography/florist/DJ) still need to get the limos... going to wait until after FH CPA test... i went to the showcase in march which was great and very helpful...and of course the food is amazing!! the way i found out about the watermill is tha t is was on one of newsdays top ten places to get married a while ago so when i went to look i loved it..my date is june 19, 2010!
