Thanks for all the pics! I brought my FMIL there 2 weeks ago and we LOVED it! I can't wait to go once it gets warmer and the flowers are blooming in!
Also, Nadine told me that if we didnt like the food we would be able to get our money back. We gave them a deposit in February and have already made a second payment. Should i not make anymore payments until i taste the food? I know everyone has been saying it was good, but i dont know what to do?
Any advice?
You probably shouldn't make any more payments if you are waiting on the food tasting to be certain. That being said, the food there is awesome so I don't think you have a thing to worry about.
Does anyone know what bakery the NRC uses? Is anyone else here getting a different cake or using what they have?

NRC doesn't use an outside bakery for cakes, they make them in-house. That’s what I was told...

I am getting married in 08 and I would love any pictures or feedback you can give. I have read most of the reviews and it sounds like I have nothing to worry about(considering I have never attended a party at NRC). Dows anyone have pics of the CH room set up with the food stations? I have on;y seen the room bare with no food and I would love to see how they set the room up with the food. Also, what stations are guys doing?

OK ladies....we chose our menu last night! We met w/ George and he was a doll! Here is what we picked just in case you're interested:
Cocktail Hour Stations: Crudite Pasta Station - Penne w/ Vodka & Farfalle w/ Pesto Carving Station - Roast turkey, Flank steak, pastrami Italian Cold Antipasto Italian Hot Antipasto - Calamari, Broccoli Rabe w/ Sausage, Mussel in White Wine Saute Station - Chicken w/ spinach & sundried tomatoes, pork w/ carmelized onions Mashed potato bar Mediterranean Station Seafood Bar
Dinner: Salad - Tri color salad w/ pears, goat cheese, cranberries and candied walnuts
Dessert - Touch of Viennese (We are bringing in our own wedding cake)

Thank you ! I am so excited about NRC ! Food tasting was great, I absolutely love Nadine. I just want to have a great party. I haven't seen the new cocktail room yet, but from the pictures it looks fantastic. Hope the weather is good enough to have the CH outdoors on my day, 177 to go.

My girls are wearing tea length. It was a hard decision for me too.
