No DOC for me! I'm just going to cross my fingers and hope for the best

You absolutely do NOT need a DOC at the North Ritz. The staff are absolutely amazing. Your Maitre'd and Bridal Attendant will take such good care of you. I had a DOC and it was a waste frankly.

No DOC for me...
We have a meeting in two weeks - I think we'll be doing our menu then so I will definitely post our choices!

I am having a DOC but I really don't think it's necessary either. I just have so many guests that I kind of want an extra hand around.
I'm picking my menu on October 15th. Wooppeee!!
