I booked with Ida!! I've been to weddings there so I know how the food is!! But my mom and FH moms want to taste so I think we will go...Guess I have to call to find out when the next one is

I remember Ida- she was the one that took care of my Sister's wedding. I have been there before as well and know that the food is amazing- my Sis got married there in 2003. We want to do a food tasting also just to do it and make sure we like everything. I think the next one is at the end of the month and there will be one in August. I am going to NRC with my Mom tomorrow to make a payment and will ask them when the tasting is and I will let you know!

Okay girls- the food tasting is on June 11th per Nadine at the North Ritz Club. Give her a call NOW because she thinks there won't be anymore until Auguest or September!

We are having the Viennese also. But, cake is cake- ya know? How hard could it be to screw up cake? I just hope my cake comes out good. (Appearance wise)

Is everyone getting the cake made at NRC or using an outside bakery?
