When are we supposed to go for a food tasting? I thought I had plenty of time still since the wedding isnt until Sept 09 but hearing everyone talk about the tastings makes me want to go now

You can go wheneva they have a tasting, which i think is once in like 3 mths. just call ur BM and ask about it.

Hi NRC brides - my sister is recently engaged and is looking to have a Nov. 09 wedding at North Ritz - I have a few questions for her if you don't mind...

What per person prices were you quoted and what minimums did you have to guarantee? (She'll want either a Friday or Saturday night wedding if that makes a difference)

Also, how much were you able to bargain? What did you get thrown in, did you get the per person price lowered, etc.

We were quoted $85 pp for sunday night in mach , outr minimum is 185. I think it was higher but we talked it down. We got touch of vienese thrown in. Hope this helps.

We got ours at $100 pp for a friday night wedding and we gauranteed 150 guests. They were asking a little more but we were able to talk them down. Saturedays were I think about $130 pp for the 150 gaurantee

Congrats! Where is that exactly? Do they have a shuttle and are you responsible for paying for the rooms if no one books them? Sorry for all the questions but I am curious.

It is in syosset, apparently its the closest to north ritz club and does have a shuttle. He didnt mention about paying for rooms that are not taken. He is sending me a contract. When I read through it, I'll let you know.

hi! I'm new at this, and really haven't a clue on how to really work this whole chat thing yet. But.. I stumbled upon this post (??) board(??) and got really excited b/c my wedding is at the North Ritz Club too!
