I spoke to Nadine recently and she said the next tastings after September will probably be October and November and then again in January. So we have options coming up! I'll keep you posted if I hear about a date!

I'm getting married at NRC too and am waiting at least another 6 months to go for a tasting. Am worried that whatever I taste now I a) won't remember it when it comes time to pick my menu and b) they might change the menu between now and December.
Also, they too told me they would do menu cards but if i wanted to make special i would have to do them myself.

Ok guys. I just returned from the food tasting and OMG it was fantastic!!!!! My parents, FIL's and FH and I all went. NRC looks wonderful as usual. We waited in the main lobby and George opened up the doors in the main room and it was set up like a wedding. There were two displays of crudite's with cheeses, fruit, crackers, bruschetta and spanikopita- all wonderful. We each had our own tables set up with a choice of white and red wines as well as being able to have whatever from the bar. First they brought out pasta- we had penne a la vodka and a pesto pasta dish- both FANTASTIC! Then we had baby lambchops (my fave) and JUMBO shrimps. YUM. Then they had the three salads- one with raspberry vinegarette and others with balsamic with veggies and tomato and mozzarella. Then final was the crusted salmon, chicken tuscanny, and chateau briand- all FANTASTIC. Girls, we have nothing to worry about. Nothing. My sister got married there 5 years ago and everything is still exactly the same. I am so happy. So once we were completely stuffed. FH and I walked around and enjoyed the grounds- we are so excited and can't wait for our wedding!

Thats awesome that the food tasting was so impressive. I cant wait to go. I've been to 2 weddings there and from what I remeber the food was amazing. I cant wait for our food tasting. not sure when that is

Hey girls -- just letting you know my proofs are back (posted them on the 08 board) and we did all of our pictures on site at NRC. They have a lot of great areas to do pictures and you can get a lot of different looks there
Something I didn't notice at the time but liked in our proofs were the pictures DH and I took in front of the white picket fence -- they look all traditional and domestic and I thought they were cute

So you got ready in the Bridal Suite. I was thinking of doing this considering my house will be under renovations. We'll seeee. Thanks for sharing your pics. Imagine Studios takes really nice pictures.

We did hair/makeup at my house, BMs put their dresses on at my house, I got dressed at NRC, put veil on at NRC, etc. they let us come early for pictures, but we started getting ready at 5 so we werent going to be able to get there THAT early
