Here are the menus they gave us, and the cake , the flowers were decorated by our florist!

We are making our owk menus but I know Nadine said that they would supply menus for us so I am sure you can have the hall make them for you

If I remember correctly, I think Nadine said that would be two months beforehand ... but I could be wrong. You should call her to ask!

What is everyone doing about the linens? Which ones are you choosing? I really wish that the upgraded linen was ivory instead of that dark taupe color!!!!

Oh I have no idea yet, I havent even though that far ahead yet. I honestly dont even remember that the linens looked like when I saw the hall

we went to finalize our menu and choose linens last week! it's getting so close....we chose the lighter linens....no one really notices it anyway

do you have a cake tasting before you finalize the menu, cake and linens etc? Or do they not even do a cake tasting?

Also, did NRC call you to set up finalization meeting?

My FH & I were trying to think of ideas of what we could add to a wedding to make it extra special.

Is anyone doing any sort of after party at the NRC?

We went to so many weddings this summer and they all had some extra element that made them great...

One had rockband in the cocktail room, another had a mini bakery for people to pick stuff from on the way out.

Just wondering if anyone is doing anything extra like that!

I know there is a cake table but does NRC provide a smaller table we can use for memory candles and pictures etc??

We are having a table set up for the card box and putting our memorial candles on it too. It will be on the other side of us from the cake. They can definitely add another table

I know memorial type items; framed photos/candles, etc can be elegantly placed on the piano in the foyer area. Theres nto much space for an extra table in the main room, and EVERYONE will be able to see it on their way into the reception :)
