Hey I was wondering if anyone else was planning on using the votiv candle placecards. Does anyone know if North Ritz has a policy of not using them? I heard somewhere that they are a little strict with candles but I wasnt sure if it was with the centerpieces or not.

I am not sure about this one. I wanted some candles in my CP's. When I went to my Florist, he told me that it shouldn't be a problem there as he has done CP's in the NRC before with candles.

flairforfashion, Four Points is located in Plainview, which is exit 48 off the LIE, its only a 5 minute drive, DH and I stayed there the night of the wedding, if you get their bridal suite, it has a hot tub in the room!

I've heard good things about the Four Points hotel also. its one I'm def looking into as well. I really want to make sure they have a shuttle too

I was wondering what hotel you guys are having your guests stay. I am looking for one close by with a bar that will stay open late!

Four Points Sheraton has a bar that is open until 2 am, you can also pay them extra to extend their bar hours to 4am.

they also have a shuttle service, you can call them to ask about the pricing, I don't remember the exact prices.

BTW, I am going to NRC tomorrow! My Mom has to make our final payment and I want to ask Nadine or whomever is there to find out when the food tasting is. I will let you guys know when the next one is.

Yea, I can't wait for the tasting! My sister's wedding was five years ago there and people STILL talk about the food.
