Definitely let us know about the food tasting....I feel like they don't have them too often. Oh and I went to the Four Points Sheraton the other day and its beautiful, they provide shuttle service for a fee and will keep the bar open til 4 am for a fee as well. The rooms are beautiful and the price is so reasonable! I def reccommend looking there!

I'm def looking onto the Four Point Sheraton too. I've heard great things about it too. I'm under the impression that food tastings are either every other month or every two months. If someone finds out when they are I would like to know too

My Parents went there yesterday to make the final deposit. They forgot to ask about the food tasting so please keep us posted. I hope they have it in August.

I think you can use candles as centerpieces, but you might have to use a certain type of holder, like a hurricane vase for any large candles. I know NRC will throw in the voltives candles for your floral centerpieces.

When I booked my photo, they recommended the Planting Field (they are enroute to the NRC from my house) so thats where I am going to take pics!! I have about 3 hours in between!

3 hours is nice--I kinda liked the fact that CH doesn't start until 7:30--people will be eating a bit late, but we'll hopefully get PLENTY of pics in! LOVE the Aboretum pics---up between that and Old Westbury Gardens, though--they're both pretty close to NRC

We are going to Planting Fields for pictures too. Its right by my church and the NRC. My friend had their pictures there and they came out GREAT!!!

Go to Old Westbury Gardens this should have all the information to book the date and time that you want to go there for pictures. the permit for wedding pictures start around $275 for 1.5 hours. The place is huge and there are many sections so take a trip out there and check out the areas for yourself
