i'm getting married at JT so I'm putting that the ceremony is a half hour earlier than it really is ...

i don't want people walking in during my ceremony and i want them to enjoy the wine and cheese room... so i kill 2 birds with one stone there !!!

I'm doing the same thing but, we are doing 45mins earlier b/c our family will most likely be on CP time

woo hoo!! Another showcase to go to! I love going to JT Showcases, this time I'm going to bring my MOH and probably my mom and sister.

Great ideas on the wine and cheese lounge I'm soo excited my guests will have something to do between my long break in between and the wording for the card was great too.

This thread is great, you girls are the best!!!

I will be attending the showcase as well! My FW can't come because she will be at work, but I love going to Wedding Expos, so I don't mind one bit. Plus it'll be a hoot to see if I'm the only Groom that shows up,

i think quite a few grooms go--i know my fh really wanted to go, bc he missed the last one, but he'll be in FL..he's not very happy about it lol

Dont worry-a lot of grooms go. My FH always comes with me to showcases- he loves them..

Oh that's good! The first expo I ever went to, it was me and my FW and I was the only Groom there. It was an ocean of brides and I was clinging to a rock to hopefully not be swept away.

The next showcase will be on Wednesday, March 18th. Doors open at 6:30 PM and Live Performances begin at 8 PM. I called JT just to ask them a few questions about how close they were to the LIRR Mineola Station and they told me that they expect the showcase to end around 9 or 9:30.

yes they do serve food, the food they serve is food you would normally get at CH.

yeah limo companies you get a good deal. I got 25% off of limo's since i booked them at the showcase, but that day then and there. The rest eh dont remember that many deals

Hmm I'm not sure I wouldn't be surprised if it is bc at the Feb 6th one the dome was up with the lighting. It seem to just need the floor and rugs done but I could be mistaken. If it is done I will def make more of an effort to go I loved just seeing the dome up so I can't wait to see it all complete, so excited!!!!
