Found out from Francesca today that the Penthouse room will be 99.9% done for the March 18th showcase yayyyy!!!!!

Hi everyone...I havent been on here for awhile cuz ive had no internet at work for 3 weeks (AAHHHHH) and by the time I get home Im too tired to go on the computer lol

Anyways I met with Francesca yesterday (what an awesome person!) and I remember there being a question before on the thread about the lounge thats offered before the cocktail hour. She said that technically the lounge is opened around 11:00 in the morning but the wait staff will generally be there about an hour before the cocktail hour. So basically, if guests were to come earlier than an hour before the cocktail hour....they're free to hang out there but there won't be any wait staff to serve them anything. Just thought I would share the info :)

Doesnt it seem like absolutely everyone yout talk to like other vendors and stuff always point out how everyone at JT is so nice...I love this because it really says something that with these bms and other staff dealing with sooo many brides and weddings, I'm sure its easy to forget that each wedding is special. I've heard such great things about my bm Mike who I love too and the other bms you girls listed. I like that I always feel hes being upfront and honest and tells me straight out if he cant accomodate a request- not beat around the bush.

So, here is my official, YES I KNOW CORNY...thank you to JT for being the 'nicest' rh out there....AND THE 'F'en best...lets be honest!!

we had our own table numbers - they will put out whatever you give them....when you go for your menu (about 1 month before the wedding) they will give you a sheet to take home and you can write each 'table name' that will correspond with their 'table number'.....also the # of people sitting at each table goes on that piece of paper....its not a problem, not something you have to worry about until your menu and final meeting

I think it may be because you don't have to choose the entrees bc you get all 9 offered on your menu. There isn't really that much of a choice at least for the main course. I still understand where you're coming from though bc I would've liked a tasting.....

I know, it is so annoying that they don't do food tastings but I guess because they are like a wedding factory, it would be way too much to handle for them to do tastings. This was an issue I had too. I don't care though beause I have heard so many great things and I am not so concerned!

What do you mean choose your entrees? I don't have any choices with entrees - we just automatically get the 9...

Thanks for your response----though I don't want to do my own table numbers--will they do it?? I don't care if it just says the table nymber and its plain.

About the food tasting---I would of loved to go to one as well, but your right with that it would be just to much. I've been there before for a wedding and the food was wonderful. For the main course they give your 9 all you have to choose is what kind of meat.
