Mike Closs and I love him!!!

He's awesome right. I really feel like hes always honest and very upfront.

Totally. He is so fun and exciting too!

Does anyone know what the martini bar is like? I have it and honestly have no idea what its like. Is it the vodka in the ice thing like the pic under ice sculptures on their website??

Re: The official JERICHO TERRACE thread

I've read about in and seen pics in past JT brides reviews...do a search like 'Jericho Terrace and martini' or something along those line. I'm pretty sure it comes standard with the ice sculpture of the bottles

Re: The official JERICHO TERRACE thread

i had a food tasting... i went with my fh, my parents, my sister and his father...

we got unlimited drinks... (i think fh had like 4)

we had 4 hordurves i'm thinking rice balls, tempora veggies, baked clams and stuffed mushrooms, ....
cold antipasta (cold meats, cheese, olives peppers and bread)...
pasta w/sauce...
a chicken dish... (the one that is in the entrees section of the dinner menu)
and then creme brulee with fruit on the side of the plate...

(i think they only did the creme brulee because my BM knew how much i loved it from talking about it at our first meeting !!)

Yup, my bm said that if you or your fh cant make it or somethin to the showcase, you cant set up a private tasting. So just call and say this. I remember a couple doing a tasting when I was there once

I went to one too with FH and our parents. We had the same thing lol It was all delicious and I ate some hors d'ouvres that i prob wouldn't eat normally and it was delicious!!! I am def not concerned with JT's food or service!! It seems like from what I hear on this website and people I know who have been there have had such great experiences and cant talk enough about the food!!!

I have a question..

Why doesn't JT do food tastings?

I don't feel the showcases really represent the RH. They serve cocktail hour food at the showcases, how am I supposed to choose my main entrees???

you dont pick your main entree's those are basically given. The only choice you make is if you have the 9 choice deluxe menu you only pick between filet mignon and ny steak the rest everyone are the same as everyone else would have. The only choices you make are CH stations

also for dinner its the appetizer and pasta you pick

Re: The official JERICHO TERRACE thread

I haven't had a tasting...but I'm not worried at all. The CH food from the showcase is fabulous and I've heard only great things about JT.

I feel the same way, they were originally trying to set one up with us because we were pushing it but then the timing didn't work so we just forgot about it. No worries here though .

Re: The official JERICHO TERRACE thread

I'm Married!! Jericho is great. They did a fantastic job, and my M(Linda) was great. She kept us on time and was so willing to do everything in her power to make my Husband and I happy. There was some confusion with my family and my husband about buying a money bag, and I found out during cocktail hour that I didn't have one, but Linda had a money box for us that was so pretty in no time. The food, music, everything was perfect. Shout out to Lauren who was one of my bridal attendants that was always there with me holding my dress and helping me with everything. I can't say enough how happy I am with my most special day. Any questions please let me know, and I will try and help.
