Re: The official JERICHO TERRACE thread

Posted by KimiDanny1010

hey kelly i went for my menu thing too last week and though they told me the $5 per person for the matri de i'm only doing $3 per... otherwise it is way way too much in my opinion

i also switched out the wild mushroom risotto for the risotto milanise (sp?) because i don't think everyone loves mushrooms

I am going to for my final meeting on the 1st my matri de is Mike... who's yours?

This is what I meant! I'm a picky eater so I was wondering if we could swap one or two dishes out for something else. Thanks Kimi. I'm also going to try to set up a tasting, but not just yet anyway, though I'm not concerned about the food being bad AT ALL!

Congrats Mrs. C! I am anxiously awaiting your review!!

They definitely make menus, but I'm not sure about the place cards. It's been awhile since I've called them. I've been compiling a list of questions to ask so I can get them all answered in one shot.

Re: The official JERICHO TERRACE thread

Okay, strange question. We are getting a free ice sculpture, like I'm sure most of you are, however we're not exactly 'ice sculpture people'. I was wondering if you think JT would let us change it to a shot luge. Same basic idea, right? I'd be willing to pay a little extra! Thoughts? Or anything else we might swap it out for?

I think they give you placecards that you can fill out because when I was out there they asked if we needed them but I did my own. They also give you menus but I made my own as well. Pics to come soon!

i heard that to upgrade your ice sculpture to the luge or to the bottles one, you have to have the caviar station or the martini bar. you never know though, they might throw it in, i really dont think its more money out of their pocket, ya know

Re: The official JERICHO TERRACE thread

JT provides you with placecards, but you have to write the names/table numbers in yourself. I made my own placecards, so I never used JT's. The menu's are very plain. My photographer took a pic of one. If anyone wants to see what they look like, just let me know and I'll post it.

Re: The official JERICHO TERRACE thread

our guest list went from 80 people (hah.. my sister warn me that was a joke) to 150 people...

which room would be more comfortable for my guests?
my mother, FH and I are torn with Oak Room/ Skylight... I love the Dome...but i think several ladies told me that Dome was 250 people right?

My minimum is 150 people (though we'll probably have more around 200) and I'll be in the Skylight Room. I loooooooooove it! It's exactly the room we wanted to be in!
