Well I know the bottom room(which is my room) is 200+ capacity. So the one above maybe 150-180...not sure though

so just got back from westchester floral.... danny was soooooooooooo nice and really knew what he was talking about... the quote came to the same price as diana gould (which is high) but i'm def gonna go with them b/c danny was awesome

YEAH! I booked with Danny yesterday too! He offered us a fair price for what we want, and I just thought he was soooo super sweet. What time did you end up going? FH and I were there at 4pm yesterday.

I am so happy with them. Danny was super creative and sooooo attentive to detail!

I highly recommend any Surf Club bride to go there and talk to Danny...

Def. do low to high. That saves money. Without a doubt.

Regarding upstairs I was told that it hold 250 comfortable! I'm hoping so because I think my list keeps growing by the day!

I had an agreement as soon as I walked in that I was not using their florist....My family is in the business...not sure about if the rest of you can get out of their florist I guess it also depends on who u spoke with there!

Ladies did anyone of you know the name of the limo company Surf club recommends?Did anyone quote them?

So since I am sick and unable to go outside into the real world since Thurs, I guess I will stop procrastating and do some research about limos.
I dont know if I need a limo more than three hours:

My house is in Flushing, the church 2:30 is in Astoria(where groom is), the mass is an hour so it will be over by 3:30 we will take pictures in either LIC or Dumbo and the off to the reception hall which starts CH at 7 is in New Rochelle.

I want the cheapest form of transporation. Our BP is about 10-12(the fg/rb is the two extra) with us included.

Any recommendations?Any prices with grat/tip included?

i didn't use there limo company... im using camelot limos (llocated in new hyde park) and we are getting a party bus since we have 8 girls and 8 guys in the bridal party plus the FG and RB

Yep they said the same thing with me in regards to the florist bc i have family in the business.That was an issue in regards to booking bc my FH and I were not crazy about the inhouse vendors with regards to florist.

What Jamie told us if you go to another florist and they give you a quote try to see if DG or WF will match it if not then you dont have to use them. I also seen people who posted here I think it was PhilDeezy that didnt use the DG or WF.

I hope this is true. My sister had the same sitution when she got married at Russo's 5 years ago and they required back then(now they let you use whoever you want) my uncle did the flowers for her without a problem.

I actually just booked Westchester last week. Out of the two, I would say use Westchester, and speak to Danny. Tell him what you can spend, what you expect, and see what he can do. DG is very pricey, although her work is nice. I went to several other florsit and I was quoted ridiculous prices.

Good luck and let me know if you need any info... But I would speak to Danny for sure.

We too are not are using the limo companies that were referred by the Surf Club. You should def check out Royalty and Camelot; I have heard nothing but great things about them!
