'The One' ?

I am having a hard time with dresses. How did you know when your dress was 'the one'? I've had three appointments already and I like / LOVE many dresses, but how do I know which is the one? Any advice is appreciated. TIA

I never got 'the one' feeling, I never get that feeling about anything, I am too indecisive. I think it's ok if you don't get 'the one' feeling, just go with what you feel looks the best on you and reflects your personality and what you want your day to portray...romantic, beachy/casual, elegant, etc.

I know it's hard but it will come to you. I had the same problem when it came to choosing my gown for the big day. It actually arrived in a form of a postcard for Eve of Milady 06 bridal collection featuring a model with a strapless (built in corset boning) ballgown with gold embroidery. I knew, it was the gown for me! I wouldn't budge with any other gowns after that one. From that moment, I carried the photo with me throughout my wedding planning. Look for something that you can picture yourself wearing on your wedding day. For ex. strapless, gown with cap sleeves, ballgown, v-neck, etc. If there is a particular designer that you love, browse through their collections (current season, previous season, etc.) and see if there are any designs that stands out. Lastly, if there is a material that you love- si, satin, organza, try to find a gown that matches it.Hope that helps!
