I just saw this- all the channels have it.
Im torn betweek sadness and joy- he was so ill for so long that im glad his suffering is over
but he was a wonderful world leader- if you are catholic or not you cannot ignore that

Yeah it is said that he did he will rest in peace now with God.

I'm saddened to see him go as well. He was a Pope who stood his spiritual ground. The flip side of that is my joy in knowing that now he has gone to his reward. Christ said in His Father's house are many mansions. I'm sure whatever mansion the Lord prepared for the pope is appreciated by him but small in comparison to the fact that his faith is now sight!!
