The Royalton - who do you have to know??

I have been calling The Royalton for days.. and no one answers the phone. I've been calling 516 625-9101. Does anyone have a different number? I was hoping to make an appointment to view the venue but the fact that I can't get an answer or a reply to a message is not leaving the best taste in my mouth.

The Royalton - who do you have to know??

A close friend of mine wants to get married there and she went on Tuesday. She said she had the same issue, so she just showed up and someone was there.
