THE TOUCH

hi ladies!
anyone using/use the touch as their wedding band??? did you get to pick the music you wanted/didn't want to hear? how long did they take a break for?

I'm not using them, a band was out of our budget, but if I had the extra $$ I would have DEFINITELY used them! I used to be a bridal attendant and the best weddings were the ones that had this band. They are AWESOME and so nice. They never had anything but a packed dance floor!

The other good thing about them is they bring equipment so that when they do take a break (I remember they were very short and they took a break during dinner) they play music out of the system so it's not dead silence.

gina told me to contact you and trust me you have nothing to worry about!
I went with my Fh to see them last weekend.
I am just giving them the green light to do their own thing. They have done so many weddings and so many private parties they do an awesome job. (do you know they did a food network party?!) Plus i have seen them at a wedding and the dance floor was packed the whole night!
anyway if you do have specifics email barbara at omnipop...she is great and does all their bookings and relays info to the band.
as for specific songs like cake cut, first dance, and so on - you do have to mail them the paper they gave you when you signed the contract 2 months prior ( i believe) or again just email it to barbara. they do take a dinner break and they have equipment to play while that happens and if you have specifiic artists you want to hear just tell them
