The usual America's Top Model thread

OK, so I watched the show instead of the World Series... what can you do? Some thoughts...

I felt sorry for Kelly. She did try to improve but she just isn't photogenic.

Will Amanda win despite the judges' reservations about her eyesight? She always gets the best reviews...

Cassie is insane. Ann is obnoxious.

Yaya and Toccara are my current faves.

I love Toccara, and I feel sorry for Cassie... I mean, she knows she has a disorder, yet says its not a problem. Yet she refers to it as 'you know what' to her bf? WTH? Tyra should force her to counseling if she wants to continue. I missed the very end... who got the boot?

You're right about Cassie... her situation is sad. I shouldn't call her insane -- although her neurosis about the brownies was waaaaay over the top.

Kelly got the boot. She seemed sort of relieved.

I watched too.
I think Cassie def. needs help - I really thought she was going to go quit and go home.

I think the judges do like Amanda but I don't think she'll win because of her eyesight - she'll probably be in the top 3.

Toccara and ya ya are my favorites too..

I liked cassie but now I think shes a little too sensitive.

Kelly needed to go, she looked the same in every picture...

i like toccora, i think she is the prettiest. anne is a lil bit of a bi%*h!! Eva is so mean when she said the one that needs the facial got the facial, she was just jealous and that was wrong of her to say. I like toccora and yaya best.

I like yaya & amanda, although I think she is alittle wacko. And her hair color is scary, but it makes her more 'high fashion' or whatever.

I like Nicole too. She is as DH says, 'very under the radar' I think when the weirdos all fall away, they will be liek, hey Nicole, she's still here, she's not bad' but I don't think she stands out enough to win.

Toccara is very good, but it bugs me that she seems to be taking everybody's side in all the in-fighting---a little too-faced.

I can't stand Anne or Eva

Cassie is pretty but i think they should cut her due to her eating issues..I wouldn't
want to promote the next top model with a eating disorder

let's face it, she isn't going to be able to be a top model and i think that it is
BS that they keep her. I do love her pics but i don't think she is going to be able
to walk the runway with her cane!

I think Ann should have gone. She's a b*tch. If she had a problem with Cassie leaving dirty dishes behind, then say something. I don't really think it was gross to 'write' in her brownies but don't lie and say you didn't do it afterwards and then act all huffy and defensive when you finally admit it. Be a grown up for heaven sakes.

Amanda - I think she likes to 'stir the pot', if you will. I don't find her attractive, she's more boney than pretty but thats what the modeling agencies want, boney, so the clothes hang better on the models on the runway and photoshoots. They don't have 'reservations' about her failing eyesight - IMO - Janice hardly said a thing about it when she found out.

I really like Tocarra and YaYa and Noelle (I don't think tha'ts her name..the one with the braces). I doubt Tocarra will win b/c she's not 'high fashion'. But she rocks, she is georgeous, always has a positive attitude too.

I think Cassie is in denial about her eating problem. And she always looks so darn sad all the time.

I wish someone would just slap Ann. Ugh. Eve isn't that much better either but I think it's more the editing that puts her in a bad light. Probably same with Ann, I guess.

She's kinda growing on me.

As for Amanda's blindness, she syas she has about 5 years. That's pretty much all a modle can hope for, right?
I guess a SUPER model is supposed to go on to other things, like Cindy Crawford, there is not guarantee these girls will, even if they do win.
