Re: The worst has to be the table seatings!!!!
Ro the way we always did them in the past for my sisters was: We worked off of the RSVP cards, break down into your invited guests and his invited guests. Then break them down even further by family, friends, co-workers. Part them into piles by table numbers. Combine all the misc ones the best you can. This should help you out a bit. Let me know if you need help.

I really thought I would go crazy but I did all the seating for 195 people in about 45 minutes. My problem is picking out the songs for everything.

Re: The worst has to be the table seatings!!!!
I suggest letting your parents do their friends/family (cause they prob know them better than you do...I assume)
iN laws do their side and you do your friends
We did it so quickly and had no problems at all

I actually did it very simply.
Parents on closest tables.
Then friends
Then co-workers the farther away.

Re: The worst has to be the table seatings!!!!
My friend had a good suggestion, print out people's names and cut them into slips of paper. We then put them on a circle (the table). I am a visual learning so it helped so much, that way if you were moving someone you then found a new spot for them!

I did this in an excel document then sorted by group, assigned table numbers and made a chart on the side with color to tell me how many at each table. Took about 30 minutes and VIOLA!!
