one thing that i always hate HATE when i see it.. jordan almonds. I am sorry if you want to do that for tradition great.. if you think its just the greatest favor in the world WRONG.

I want to throw them at the couple when i see one of those dumb baggies with them in it. Pointless can't even eat one with out breaking a damn tooth.

The absolutely worst favor was from a wedding I attended a few years ago, where the groom is an avid hunter.

Each guest received miniature elk antlers. It was kinda creepy when I opened the box f...but wait it gets even better...the box was wrapped on one end with a piece of another giftwrap as if they ran out of the first wrap.

Omg....at the end of the ceremony they even throw them at the bride and groom. My poor cousin's husband was asaulted by his friends with them!!!
We even have video of my parents wedding back in 1973 and you clearly see one of his friends aiming for his head and you see the jordan almond bouncing off his head and then seconds later my dad rubbing his head where he got hit! Priceless!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

okay.. i wanna apologiz because i never thought my thread topic would cause such discussion. i read someone's post earlier bout their photo albums and the falling in love.. and i thought WOW that's soo cool.. i wonder what kinds of horrible favors have been given.. and i thought bout that mug i had sitting on my bakers rack for three months while i looked at it.. fact of the matter is. .i liked it when i got it.. but aftr awhile it was kind of pointless.. TO ME..

i think all of the favor ideas are cool.. unless we're referring to the antlers and the puppets.. i got no way to explain those... but other than that..

i am now reformed.. (after drinking a half bottle of champagne for dolo)

and think that..

mugs,plants, coasters, cups, spoons, wine stoppers, donations, cigarettes, ash trays, cigas, candy, cupcakes, candy, ooh wait i said that, ballons, pinatas, crayons, coloring books, seeds,bulbs, onions that looks like bulbs, bulbs that look like onions, magazin subscriptions..______________ fill in the blank with u'r favorite favor (he he i said favorite favor..) i think they are ALL FABULOUS!!!


*going back to finish that other half of the bottle cause i aint' no quitter*
