I love nocello's. not sure of the exact address but its right near the theatres. FOod's great, and reasonably priced.

do you like french cuisine? There is a great restaurant in Rockefeller ctr called brasserie something or other............the food is amazing and it isn't rockefeller priced!

Tony DiNapolis is a good replacement for Carmines (meaning family style)
There is a place called Simply Pasta on 41st between 6th and Broadway - great ambiance, service, and food - and reasonably priced!

theres an AMAZING italian restaurant i ate at a few years ago, i am not sure if its still opened though...Everything is home made italian and they make the bread fresh in a brick oven and after its done they bring it around to the tables while its still warm. Dont ask why but i still have the menu so ill fm you later to tell you if its still open
