Theme

Does everyone have a theme for their wedding? If so, what is it? I've been thinking of one and can't come up with anything I like.

RED!!!! honestly, i am getting married the week after valentines day and everything goes around RED! i LOVE red...i have said it before...i am like trista is with pink..only with RED

Halloween, but that may be a little weird on your date!!

I've seen themes of:
angels
hearts
seasons
flowers
colors
holidays
beach
locations

Think about what it is you really love and use that.

I really love the wedding cake. I was thinking about doing cakes as the centerpieces, wedding cake cookies for the place cards and other such things....but I'm not too sure yet. Also I loved a peach theme where they had this peach tree placecard holder. Bellini's for the drinks and peach flowers. I keep on thinking about all of these themes that I could do, it's going to be so hard to make a decision.

I did a winter wonderland theme lots of white and iridescence material and snowflakes

Same here!! We are going for romantic/elegant with lots of red and creams!

I don't really have a theme. I am doing alot of white/ivory. I think it looks elegant.

i guess u can say my theme is fall. the dresses, flowers, center pieces etc are all going to be rich fall colors, our favors are the glass maple leaf w/ maple syrup, there will be fall leaves on the cake and the tables (in leu of rose petals) etc. etc.
you are getting married in the summer, why not a beach theme, or caribbean island theme? you could name the tables different islands, decorate with tropical flowers, have sea shells on the tables... just a thought. you dont even have to have a 'theme', whatever u do will be beautiful.

ELegant, Black tie, with pinks, lavendars and burgundy all over and a bit of gold for accent. A very rich yet soft to the eye look.

I did a jewel theme..rubies, emeralds, sapphires and of course diamonds! All jewel colors.

Cinderella!!! How childish!!

I did it because it is my all time favorite movie and I wanted an excuse to use the Lenox Cake Top!! It has really developed into a prettuy cool theme after all. There are tons of little things you can do. If you decide on Cinderella...I can help! Just let me know.

I helped plan a Precious Moments wedding and a Kim Anderson wedding as well. Also a snowflake wedding. Just let me know.

I am working with a friend on her beach theme wedding.
