these things can only happen to me

so was feeling really lousy yesterday at work and woke up lousy today too - by early afternoon was feeling guilty for not being productive - went to look for shoes at the ONLY mall in Bklyn - sure enough i was just handed the shoes i was interested in by the salesperson and the POWER went out in the entire mall - people were panicking and running - my mom was with me and totally flipping out - made me run out of there so what did i get accomplished - ZERO!!!! my first fitting is Saturday and I have NO shoes. ugh! - - so disgusted and tired and now i've taken more cold medicine and am just pooped but i had to share that! isn't that crazy?

that's crazy, i assume you were in kings plaza, they are the worst, i only go there in an emergency since i also live in bklyn, i'll make the trek to roosevelt or si it's worth it

yep - Kings Plaza. I just get so tired of schlepping out to S.I. or to Roosevelt Field but I agree - that mall is a waste of space. It was a madhouse this afternoon. and of course i really like these Caparros sandals but they didn't have my size

its back to work for me tomorrow and tomorrow nite is my mom's first fitting... i'm feeling pretty pressured but i figure worst case scenario - i'll just wear a heel height shoe i want to the fitting and then try to find a bridal shoe that height? I don't know what else to do cause by the time i get home from work - shops are closed and i'm exhausted.
