We made an offer on a house pretty below the asking price, because we knew the seller's story and that she wanted to get rid of it. And she took it I feel kinda bad taking advantage but hey you gotta do what you gotta do with stuff like this....
So it is contingent on a home inspection.. if that and all the tests go well we have a home! SOO exciting, just wanted to share!!

that's sooooo exciting. . congrats!! oh eta. . it's not taking advantage if the other person has a choice. . if she took the choice it means b/c it was best for her. . if she wanted/needed more and thought it would happen she would wait. . so don't feel bad!
