because every one flips out. I think we should all look alike, speak alike, fart alike, agree with each other all the time, and wear white gloves when we fornicate with our dear spouses so we dont get our hands dirty

I agree that sometimes people are unnecessarily mean. However, sometimes it seems if someone has a differing opinon, and wants a legitimate discussion about it, people get mad and call it 'drama'. Isn't it better if we don't all agree, and if we can educate each other?

Yes, someone jumped in to act like a fool, and that's when I asked for it to be deleted. I said I'd lay the smack down when it turned into drama and I did.

In my own defense... Noone specifically called anyone an idiot--at least not that I am aware of.
I highlighted june262004's post (where she called herself an idiot) and just wrote: 'You said it, not me.'
I immediately felt badly. I apologized and sent her and LIW an FM explaining that I had inappropriately reacted in a situation where I was feeling overwhelmed and attacked.
Shelzyp called me a closed minded biggot. She never offers any apology--even though I've sent her FM's trying to make amends. And this has happened more than once. She should know how far off base she is.
I am not sure who everyone is referring to when they mention name calling and drama. I don't start drama, but I admit, I don't always stay out of it either. It's very easy to be provocative when you're hiding behind a keyboard. Everyone has bad days and this should be a place where we can constructively let off steam if need be--not create it. I feel terrible if anyone thinks negatively of me.
ETA: I am referring to the Rosie post.

It was definitely not Palebride. She was getting down and dirty with some of her posts last night. You would have been proud, Wacky. From her posts, I don't think Palebride would ever jump in just to call trouble like that.
