Re: THEY WERE WRONG..... He DIDNT have a Heart ATTACK !!!!!

I guess it's good news, but HOW CAN THEY DO THAT ??? His wife was worried sick and crying all day yesterday.

They are monitoring his heart, (Its enlarged) and he's still not 'out of the woods' but I cant beleive with the bloodwork 'looking like' it was a HEart Attack, (and before the angiogram and further testing) they told the family it was a heart attack....

I guess we should count our blessings and be thankful that it wasnt a heart attack after all, but it makes you wonder sometimes...

Thanks for your well wishes and prayers.

Well that's good news!!!

This is one of those situations where it looks like a duck, acts like duck, however it's not a duck. It happens and I am glad it happened in your cousins favor although it must have been awful for the family

Something like that happened with my mother a few years ago. She went for a check up and she had all the signs and symptoms of uterine cancer. She went for her tests and turns out the docs were wrong. We went through he11 for a week or two waiting for all the results to come in negative. Even the doctor was shaking his head in shock, but relief.

Something very similar happened to my father a few months ago. He was having chest pains and they sent him to the ER, kept him in the hospital overnight, did a whole bunch of bloodwork and heart-test stuff only to turn around and say it wasn't a heart attack and we're not sure what it was. Not necessarily what an anxious daughter wants to hear, but since it turned out to be much less serious than a heart attack, I'll just be happy he's okay.

I hope your cousin gets well soon!
