Re: third baby topic post

I think I would only do it for my sister if she couldn't have babies.

I don't know if I would want someone to do that for me. I think I would adopt..Not sure though.

Re: third baby topic post

as long as I was ok'd by a DR (i have some health issues) I'd do it... why the hell not...
I was told a few years ago I might not be able to carry, but I have since been told otherwise.
but I had thought about using a surrogate. I figured my BFF would do it for me, as she would have to do it for her siser as well... (we all have ouches) but BFF has since had some ouches of her own, so, considering that my dr has said I'm ok maybe I'll be the surrogate for the two of them.

and yes, if it were for a stranger I'd do it too... only because I know the fear and the joy of the possibilities. I think doing that for someone is prob the most unselfish thing, and yes it'll probably **** emotionally, but its a gift.. and now I'm rambling. just think of phoebe from friends, she did it for her brother and thinks turned out great

I would never ever use a surrogate... I told FH I would feel like he's cheating on me with her, how absurd is that, but I don't care it's how I feel!!!

I would never be a surrogate either, sorry pregnancy is hard enough, I couldn't put myself through that for someone else.

If it were for a family member (sibling) I would... I wouldn't do it for anyone else.

I would NEVER be a surrogate for anyone at all.

I wouldn't use a surrogate either.

I would probably be a surrogate for close family and use a surrogate if they were close family. However, the idea of having babies scares me anyway , so its unlikely.

I'd probably adopt first and only do surrogacy if it really really really bothered us that we couldn't also have our own biological child.

I don't think I could answer that right off that bat it would depend on circumstances, parties involved, risks/benefits etc. It something I would have to think long and hard about. Its easy to say no but lets say my best friend or sister had uterine cancer and couldn't carry a baby and it was her lifelong wish, maybe I would? Not sure though

My 1 sister was having problems conceiving for a short while and I offered to carry her baby, but I couldn't do that for anyone else. Thankfully she got preggers the next month.
