This board is SO quiet!!

What are all the May ladies up to now? Anyone feeling kinda depressed now that there is no more planning?

yeah! i miss the shopping and finding creative things to do. and also im just sad that it's passed, and no more anticipation, and i have regrets of things we didn't do that day! But i have to stop thinking of that and think of the great time we did have! and that everyone else had! and im also sad because it went by so fast i don't remember much....
but this saturday we get to relive it because we're picking up our video! YAY!!!

yes i am happy the stress is gone.... DH is even more happy i think!!
now we get to concentrate on finding jobs in VA/DC and move there! not sure how long that will take, and it may mean us living apart for a little while but we'll see...

We're looking into Alexandria, Fairfax, or anywhere else in that general vicinity. How close to that area do you live?

We're about 5 miles from Dulles Airport, in Loudoun county. It's a great area!

yes, very nice area around there.
We have a lot of our friends down in that area. Some in Ashburn and Potomac Falls. A few near DC, and McLean. So when we were thinking of where to move to (since we were going SOMEWHERE) we figured we should be near friends, but still not too far from family.

So right now we're looking for jobs, then we'll figure out where to live.

I'm depressed that is over but there's still tons of wedding crud all over my dining room table!!!

I'm depressed that I cannot come up with any instrumental songs for my video.

And mostly I am depressed that I actually had to go back to work after the HM!!!

It's just so strange to finally have some free time, since the wedding was taking up every minute I had!

Okay, that too! When I picked up the box from the cleaners, I was like 'Why did I bother? Not like I'll be wearing it again!'. Although I have threatened DH that it will be my costume for our annual trip to Disney at Halloween!!!

It was so beautiful and FUN to wear...I can't believe that's it....I will never wear it again. I haven't had it perserved yet, makes me too sad to just look at it!

I feel sad thinking about not wearing my dress either.

I definently want to wear it again!! There must be some sort of party where we could wear it again.
