This is a shot in the dark ......

I am desperate. Does anyone have or know anyone that has a 3 bedroom vacation house that they rent over the summer. Or anyone that rents out their house while they are away for short periods of time?

I am getting married in less than 2 months and all hell as broken out. The hotel that we picked for my family to stay in is now not good enough. So I am sooooo desperate.

Does anyone have any suggestions.

both have some listings for long island.

i found 2 rentals from those sites. one in the bronx (i never knew existed) and one in nyc (a B&B). If they want to stay in the city, I can give you the name of the people I dealt with.

If the LI rentals are rented already then ask them if they know of anyone else that hasn't rented. Or of any B&B's. I found one place from a referral.

Also call around real estate offices. They may know of rentals.
