Altar boys/ girls- $20 each
Organist- $20
Bridal attendant- $150
Maitre d- $4 per person
DJ- $75
MC- $75
Zap Photographer (from DJ company) $75
Patken Photographer- $100
Patken Videographer- $100
Limo drivers- $50 each

i don't know about anything else, but $4pp for the maitre de seems nice to me... that's 4% if your plates are $100 pp... (they recommend 3-5%)...

My hall recommended $5-7 pp. I think they're out of their minds.

mine recommended 3-5% (we negotiated it out to be all-inclusive, though)

i'm tipping the same as you for everyone except the DJ & MC (getting $125 each)

also don't forget to include hair & makeup people's tips, and the officiant tip
