This is scary (and sad) Not meant to offend anyone!

I am not sure I should even be posting this, but I am curious to know if anyone else here had the same crazy thought as me. I was discussing this with some people, and they said they thought the same thing, but nobodyl likes to bring it up, as its a terrible thing to think about. I am not trying to minimize the people who have lost thier lives or anything like that, but I just cant help thinking about this.
Ever since 9/11, there has been some tragic things going on in NYC (such as the plane crash in Belle Harbor, and the Staten Island ferry among others). Whenever a tragedy like this happens you always read about someone that survived 9/11 getting killed in one of these tragedies.
Do you ever think, fate has a plan for us and even if we escape it at one time, it catches up with you later? Im not saying that everyone who survived 9/11 has escaped for the moment, but maybe there were some who did?
I know this sounds very morbid, but I cant help thinking about this whenever I read about this. I hope I didnt offend anyone by writing this, that was not my intent if I did. My prayers go out to all families and victims of all these tragedies.

just wanted to add to Xel...
not rushing to get off the train..is just better for your quality of life...who wants to live 10-20 mins a day fighting off others? I never understood that...

it is strange how I used to care about getting out first so I wasn't crowded with all the middle people trying to get up the stairs.
These days.. I am the last one off. All those other folks have already shoved their way past so there's no crowd.
I walk all the way to the escaltor or elevator and cruise up to Penn Station.
I take an empty E, even it means i let one pass.
I take my time. I understand now why all those elderly people really go slow when you KNOW they can go faster. It isn't that they're lazy it's the fact that they know... 'What's the rush?'
Besides that.. I find it funny people are so rude and pushy in the morning to do what??? GET TO WORK? Think about it? Same for going home. Your day is done, you're going home, no need to push shove or anxious. It's over, it's downhill, just relax. The train takes just as long to get to long island without you rushing.
I dunno I guess it's just a different view on life.
