Attach a little card with a note explaining the almonds' meaning (so guests know they're not just an intermezzo between the salad and the filet mignon). Consider using this Jordan Almonds poem:

good havent done too much lately pretty much everything is done just little things left to do! lol i been working on my jordan almond favors.......its commingup quick now its gonna flyyyyyyyyyyyy

where did you get your jordan almonds? were they cheap? i'm looking for them too but i want to get it as cheap as possible :D

i got them on jordanalmonds.com it came to about $45 with shipping for 8 lbs........cheapest i could find. i went with the cheapest ones they were like $3.89 a bag you get 85-100 per bag
and you can pick all different colors
