Sorry, I'm new at this so if I post something sometimes I can't figure out how to get back to where I posted? I know, pathetic.
I'm alright... I guess. Nobodys relationships are perfect, I know, but I feel like even if you're (by 'you're I mean your FH and you) fighting he's still supposed to be the person in the world who cares the most about you. Regardless of the issue at hand. So why, in the same token is he able to make me feel the worst you know? Why is it men just spew whatever hurtful things they can in a fight and then want to buy flowers and apologize for days to fix it. How many days should he suffer before he realizes its not o.k to do this?

okay - first things first. You can always try and find your most recent posts by clicking on SEARCH & typing your name in the 'posts by' section.

second...that's rough...but if FH knows you as well as he should - he knows what buttons to push....and what will make you crazy..

Dave & I always try to not go to bed mad...much easier sometimes than at others..but it does help things knowing that we have a given amount of time before things are going to be put to bed.

I think - during a time when you guys are getting along well - sit him down and explain to him how much it hurts you with what he says and that flowers and candy can't replace the feeling he left you with...

Thanks for the info. I've been searching for the page i posted on since i posted (about 8 minutes).
Yeah I've tried explaining that and then I get the age old 'I promise, I promise' it will never happen again. Alcohol always elevates everything so I suppose his approach of not drinking is punishment enough. just kidding.

and i totally agree with jess......When you have someone that close to you (like FH) they know what buttons to push and they will push them....when it comes down to the apology shake it off accept and let him know how much it hurt you. I hope it all works out!
