Thanks to MandG072909 I now have a picture of someone wearing the necklace I'm thinking of getting. Do you think it will go well with my dress or do you think its too much for the dress? I've attached a picture of the bodice.
I wouldn't wear a necklace at all, IMO. But it is a beautiful necklace. Just competes too much with the bodice. Thats just IMO, though- I am a minimalist when it comes to jewlery

i am a big fan of strapless dresses with no necklaces, so i personally wouldn't wear it. plus, i think the top of that gown is so gorgeous you don't want anything to take away from it!

I'd have to say no to the necklace also...it might look too busy...
I have to agree I too am a fan of no necklace on strapless dresses...

The necklace is beautiful...but I think maybe you should not wear one...the top of your dress is beautiful....you may not need anything else
