This RSVP thing is freaking me out

This RSVP thing is freaking me out

Totally causing me more stress than I have had my whole engagement!!!!!

Why can't people send them back???

The due date is in 10 days and I am missing 43 response cards, thats over 80 people!!!!!

so annoying, i mean, if you know you're coming (and some of these are people who verbally said yes) JUST SEND IT!!!!

I know! whats sad..is it takes a couple seconds out of someones life..i mean come on..I can't stand rudeness! I continue to dread when i have to send out my invites!

Yeah...it seems inconsiderate when people sit on sending them back...why not just do it asap if you know what your answer is??? it will happen and they will satrt coming in, especially now that the holidays are passing...

i still have about 3 weeks until mine are due in..but i feel the same way..some people still havent sent me on..LIKE MY MOM!!!..lol

I guess some people dont realize what a big priority it is for us brides to get these things back. I hate when I hear people say 'Oh well I figured you already KNEW I was coming.' Um...no! Thats why I sent you the invite with an RSVP!

Dont worry Laura, Im sure more last-minute people will respond soon.

merry christmas, happy kwanzaa send back the damn rsvp..

thank you and happy holidays..

meanwhile fh's grandfathers nephew's cousin (yea figure that one out) sent back his and wrote down FOUR on the line that said number attending.. we only invited him and his wife the inner envelope SAID mr and mrs... i asked fh who are these extra two people.. he tells me they must be his grandfather's nephew's cousin's sisters.. i told him well u know u have to call him and let him know these extra two aren't invited..

people are just stupid! Believe me I still have 4 RSVPs that I have yet to hear from, I swear if they show up, I'll throwing down

I think people assume you have ESP and know they are coming! Hello! Hopefuly the rest will sent them last minute (still rude, but at least you get them)

Yah. Same thing happened to us. We sent out the invitations pretty early, and we still have phone calls to make. Pretty frustrating. Some people are surprised that we need the card back. They assume we know what they are doing. Arg.

That really stinks! We sent our e-party invites early - we gave people over 1 month to respond and we still had to call people! Some people can just be very inconsiderate sometimes.

Once the holidays are over you may get a few more. Maybe people put them aside while they were busy with the holiday things (although logically, of course, if they were mailing out cards that would have been the perfect opportunity to pop the RSVP in the mail). I'm still missing about 30 and my date was the 16th. Some of our brothers & sisters haven't even returned them yet, I thought that was funny (but we already counted them in, they are not part of the 30 missing).
