I worked at a pool and one rain day (when no one came to the pool) the Sr. lifeguard wanted to test this myth, but he didnt tell the rookies. so we order a HUGE lunch and everyone ate like pigs. Then he made the Rookie lifeguards do swim tests about 30 seconds after lunch was over. No one got sick so it turned out to be false... I would have loved to see if that one was true.
