This wedding stuff stinks!

This wedding stuff stinks!

I hate how you can't just rent a limo for one hour because it's your wedding. I need 2 ten passenger limos for 10 effin minutes. It's a ten minute ride at 11AM. We don't need a stocked bar and a slammin' music system. We need a ride nd that's it. Everyone I know had some connection that saved them money - a friend who does hair, a friend who does makeup, a relative who does photos or is a DJ. We have not ONE connection. It's so annoying. I just wish we could find a price break in something, anything.

Sorry, it just s*cks that we're going into debt by getting married and now I wish we just eloped.

no limo services offer a drop off and pick up service? I am not doing limos to save cash also - just using family large vans to shuttle bp around.

What about car service instead of the limo?
Or a limo that will drive the first 10 people and then come back for the others?

Sorry about your stress.

People referred me to their 'connections' but that only made everything worse, and we ended up searching and finding better deals with others.

Thanks for your help! Actually the pick up and drop off service still comes to like $300, which is similar to the 3 hour service.

The family van idea rocks. I wish we could do something like that. I was thinking of renting a big van and having my dad drive it. Ha ha!

Also, that's true, what if your 'connection' isn't very good and you are now pressured to use them. Ha ha!

Thanks girls

try Regal Bridal. they gave me a good quote when I put a post for Vendors. They qouted me $500....two ten passenger pick-up in the morning to be dropped off and a antique car to pick us up and bring us to a hotel at the end of the night,

I figured the bridal party will be getting rides home with their partners, friends :)

I had a mini break down about money for the wedding last night...thank God I am not alone...
