Does he custom make each hair piece that is ordered or are there ones to purchase in his store?

He custom makes them asll although he does have a small sale section of a few that are sold as it.

Okay....because I read posts on here where brides said they just bought their hair piece from there and it seemed to me that they bought it instead of it being ordered and custom made.

i think there is some ambiguity in custom-made. he can either literally custom-make something for you where he designs and creates it from scratch. OR you can pick a design that he has already created and he will make that design for you from scratch.

so as far as i know, every piece is made when you order it - whether he designs something unique for you or whether you pick one of his already existing designs.

if you have any questions contact CaMacho, she used him and raved about them. I went there and loved his work but too pricey for my blood

no problem. it was pretty cool when i went there b/c he actually showed me the frame for my piece when i picked out the design and a few hours later my band was done - all sparkly - lol. so that's how i know that he literally makes everything once it's ordered - because there was nothing there that i could just walk out with; he had to actually make it for me.

how much do his headpieces generally cost? I love the look of them, but i am afraid they will break my budget

The one I fell in love with was $675 which was low end. I ended up going to Barrons in Tri-County Flea Market and picking up one for $75, BIG Difference

i don't really know the range, but i know it's in the hundreds. mine was one of the simpler bands and it was about $400 - i think. i don't regret it for a second. i knew that i didn't want a tiara and he has many other beautiful options. also - i felt like his stuff LOOKS classy, as opposed to just sparkly - which is what most other stuff looks like. maybe that's why they are so much money.

I bought my head piece from him. I showed him a picture of my dress and how I want to do my hair and he picked 3 out to show me. I loved his 1st choice. I tried on the tiara I thought I wanted but Thomas was right the one he picked was a 1000 times better. I compliments my face, hair and dress perfectly. I think they start at 400 but I'm not sure. And it was ready so quick. I told him to take his time since my wedding is next year but it was all done in less than 2 months. I love looking at it and can't wait to wear it. It's something I hope will become a family heirloom!!!

How did you get your band done so quickly? Thomas told me that delivery time is usually 1-2 months.

he's right. i planned my whole wedding in six weeks. so i went to pick out a headpiece about 3 weeks before the wedding and the week before my hair trial. i had no time to wait. so i could only choose from pieces that he had already made a setting for. it was about 5 different ones.

i told him i didn't want a tiara and showed him my dress and flowers and he picked out two pieces for me - saying that he liked one better than the other for me. i tried on both samples and decided that the one he was thinking of was the one i wanted (it was a bit fancier than the second one).

i had to pay a rush fee (about $25) for him to make it so quickly. and since it was in such short time, i didn't have a choice of the many pieces that he has.

I just saw your headpiece in your album-----it's gorgeous!!!

I don't want a tiara either. I'm thinking of having my hair half up-half down so I'm going to look for a clip.

He made me a headband to compliment my dress, using pink crystals and pearls. I love it. It was expensive though...$750. You can see it in my album.

He custom makes every piece. I went in November and ordered my headpiece and bracelet and he told me they'll be ready after the Holidays.

He told me mine would be 4-5 months...less then a month later he called! When he gets into a piece he doesn't put it down. It might be in early.

thanks - i loved it as well. you can always just go check it out over there to get an idea of what you might like. he has so many non-tiara headpieces and you don't HAVE to pay $600-$700 for something from him. mine was not that much money and i still think it was beautiful.

I'm not looking to spend that much....I would like to spend less than $500 if possible.
