Do you need to make an appointment fwhen you go to Thomas Knoell?

I happened to go without an appointment because my parents live close by. Thomas was not there, but I worked with another rep and she very very helpful and patient.

i did, and i recommend it only becauser he goes on trunk shows a lot and take a lot of the samples pieces with him so if you go and hes not there chances are you wont be able to view the entire collection

I have always just shown up. But I agree Thomas comes out with new pieces all the time and he takes them out with him for trunk shows.
