Those who got hair trials done...

Did you use your own actual veil/headpiece? How did you manage to keep it nice for the wedding day?

I had 5 hair trials (they were all done the same day, but I just didn't like it) and used my actual hair piece and veil. They were fine and look as beautiful as ever.

I was planning on using my own, and had not thought about that...hmmm.

I used my veil and tiara for my 2 trials and then I just put the tiara back in its box and I keep my veil on a hanger in a closet.

I didn't get the tiara yet, but already had trials. I think you definately get a picture of what it would look like with a headpiece...

Just make sure she doesn't spray hairspray on your headpiece!

Exactly!

I know I am crazy. I had 5 trials with the headpiece & veil and before that I had a few, just to tell what type of headpiece & veil I wanted. I think that was 3-4. Let me tell you, it adds up $$$$.

My hairdresser didn't use hairspray, since it was just a trial, I didn't need it to last all night.

My veil is cathedarl so my mom held the end the whole time so it didn't trail on the floor.

I made sure everything was clean before I put it all away. Not sure what I would have done if there were any spots though.

I used my actual tiara and veil. I wiped down the tiara with a special jewlery cloth because I was worried that it had hairspray on it and I had my veil pressed after all my trials were done...

I've done two hair trials so far but none with the veil and tiara... but I'm doing it tomorrow and I'm also worried about damaging the veil or the tiara!! I'll let you know how it turns out!

I actually forgot to bring my veil and headpiece to the trial and just raced home afterward to try out the 'do with the hardware.

I used my veil for the hair trial then just returned it to my dress place so everything was pressed and ready for my pickup.

I didn't have mine yet at the trial.

Yes, I used the actual headpiece and veil... The veil is now back at Bridal Reflections and the headpiece is wrapped in paper then plastic sitting at my parents house.

I used my hair piece & just told her not to add hairspray after the tiara was placed....I did not use my veil...I used another elbow length blusher for fear that it would wrinkle or tear. I did make sure that the veil I used in trials had the same size & shape comb though.
