Is anyone using any vendors recommended by Crest Hollow Country Club

I might go with the officiant Reverand Sica. I met with him briefly and he's a real down to earth and funny person. However, one thing though, he's hard to reach. Just his home phone.

Welcome aboard nenarky. I booked the Emerald room also and if weather permits, might do a OTCH too..this is so cool..

I am also in the Emerlad Room

Any of you guys know if Crest Hollow provides direction cards for the inivitations?

Also, how many of you guys are using your own table number or placecards?? Or are you using Crest Hollow's cards?

I'm so glad that there's a CHCC thread!!! I'm in the Emerald room with an outdoor cocktail hour if not too cold. I'm booked with Pedestals, a reccommended vendor for my flowers and plan on doing low centerpieces in bronze urns with lots of fall colored flowers and candles all around.
I'm making my own table numbers, there's a pic in my bio of one that i've made already.
I've also booked my photo/video with Patken,
I believe they are also a recommended vendor.
Happy Planning everyone!

Hey, i was thinking of doing the votive place cards as well, do we have to take permission from CHCC to make sure we can do this?

RE the votive place cards,

YEA i hope they do too... im going to be having alot of guests, and will be having close to 200 place cards.. so im trying to think of any mishaps that my be caused by it (people reaching over and getting singed, and such....) maybe we can have designated 'place card helpers' standing by to help people grab their card... anyhow, i love the idea and really want to do it....

Re: Crest Hollow Brides Thread!!!!!

hi everyone....im going to try and catch up:) we are having about 180 guests...using Patken(photography), Tommy Tunes(DJ), and Burtons (flowers)...eric is our bm..completely agree with the used car salesman feeling.. however when we met the second time i felt better about him...I can't help with ceremony b/c im getting married in my church...i was told we could taste the food when we come in to do the menu..have heard only great things about the food.. we had checked out fox hollow, jericho terrace and woodbury country club....i love the entrance into the CH as well as the grounds and of course my room..however i have to admit i was a little weary of the gold chairs...but we recently went back to show my FMIL and the room was all set up for a wedding...everything looked great...
wow... this is some 2nd post

I bought the votive candle holders with the stem. If you look in my photo album u will see a pic of ones like I bought. They were on sale at acmoore for 2 for 1.00 so I bought 120 of them - just in case! I spent about 60 bucks on them :)

I have Janet as my BM too. I'm totally with you on that. To me it's like she's got so much going on at once that she can't focus.

Eh, things will be ok but she's not someone I'd recommend to others.
