Any of you guys know if Crest Hollow provides direction cards for the inivitations?

Also, how many of you guys are using your own table number or placecards?? Or are you using Crest Hollow's cards?

I am using my own table numbers and place cards, its DIY I still need to do.

If you want to change your BM - you can. I didn't like Eric b/c he messed up some things for me and I spoke to someone and they let me change and they said you absolutely can change until you are comfortable with someone. I have Gina as a BM!

Yes, Crest Hollow provides both. I did not use their table cards though, I made my own (pics in album)

As I know of, they do provide the Direction cards. If not, I guess we could just go onto there website and get the directions from there. I think I will go with CH's seating cards, as it's included in the package.

That's cool. The only thing I got so far from my BM is the Floor Plan. How does it look like?? does it look like something they got off their website?

Hey, folks--bumping the thread to talk about the ceremony flowers topic from a few pages back. I'm getting married Sun., 5/20/07.

So CH does white flowers for the ceremony and checks with the other couples getting married that day to see if they can be taken down? If the other couples say no, then does CH REFUSE to remove them? Does CH charge a re-installation fee to take 'em down and put 'em up for the next couple?

The reason I ask is b/c I'm Chinese and white flowers have a funereal connotation. White flowers interspersed with color is fine, but all white is a big no-no.

My wedding is at 4:30 PM on a Sunday--it might be the last wedding outside. Do you think this will make a difference with CHCC?

I'll definitely call to make sure but would like to hear some reports from the field first.

Hi Ladies,

Im a newbie too! Im getting married on 6-9-07 have way too many people invited guest list is up to 276. We have the Starlight Room for our reception and Sharon as our BM. I fell in love with CHCC the minute we drove in We had looked at so many places and CHCC just won me over.

As for the votive candle question, I called my BM last weekend and she said we werent allowed to have so many candles (150) lit b/c of safety So now Im stuck with 150 votives candle holders and trying to figure out another idea. You ladies let me know if you get a difference answer from your BM's

We didn't sit with our BM until 6 weeks before the wedding to start discussing the menu.

Re: Crest Hollow Brides Thread!!!!!

Before we all get worked up, let's think about what would you expect to hear from them.

I thought the same thing when I received the first bill, but when I thought about it, there really isn't anything to communicate between now and 6 weeks before.

I don't expect them to call and check in. I look it as no news is good news and it's just one less thing I have to worry about.

I dropped off my first payment in person and my BM met with me and I sat there and realized there was absolutely no point. I didn't really have any questions that weren't addressed by e-mail and I had nothing to say to her other than to remark how excited I was.
