How much would you tip for an engagement session (if the photographer owns the company)? Would you give the tip at the session or once you get the photos?

if he owes his own studio i wouldnt tip....

If the photog is your wedding photog, it's not necessary to tip twice (once for engagement pics and once on your day). I would wait and tip him/her once on your day. That's what we did....there are so many tips you already have to worry about lol....JMHO

the photographer who did my e-pics is actually a friend of mine and gave us a free session as an engagement present.
We bought her a $100 GC to B&H Photo in the city as a thank you though.
