What are you ladies going to tip your hair/makeup person (1 person whose doing both) on the DAY OF the WEDDING.

As a general rule for a job done I tip 20 percent. Sometimes more if they go above and beyond. But that's just me. I'm not sure what you are supposed to tip.

I am thinking 20% or more if you're really happy and you book for the big day.
