Can someone please post a list or a thread or something on tipping?

I posted this last week...just my list, and I don't even know if it's right...

CASH TIPS: $1650
Altar Boys - $30 (divide by 2)
Porter at Church (for clean up) - $15
Limo Drivers: $120 (divided by 3 drivers... $40 each)
DOC - $50
DJ – $75 (owner asked me to give DJ a bigger tip for the fact that they're not charging me for extending my cocktail hour by 1/2 hour)
MC – $50 (owner)
Florist delivery people - $10-15 each
Ceremony Musicians - $30 ($10 each)
Hair: $10
Makeup: $10
The Crescent: $1200 (divided by 4 people) (The Crescent 'requires' $1200, so other reception halls are probably less)

I'm not sure about the photographer or videographer.

Waiters, I'm assuming, are covered in the 'gratuity' already added in my contract.
