Tipping????

It really ridiculous how tipping is now getting out of control. We are paying a specific vendor(s) based on the amount on the contract and for doing their JOB.

Its OK to tip waiters because that's the amount they reported as a salary, but we don't tip a pilot because they take us safely to our destination.

So, in my opinion, if photographer ask for a tip, I will not sign that contract and keep looking.
