Please tell me what to tip each so I know what to budget for

my RH suggested tipping the maitr'd $3-$5 per person at your wedding.

Who are the ones you ABSOLUTELY have to tip?
I know the Maitre D and the Bridal Attendant are musts, but when i mentioned to FH we have to tip the DJ, Photographer, etc. he thought that was ridiculous since we are already paying for their services...
Just want to know your thoughts!

I agree with your FH but you kind of have to tip them. My Banquet Manager said the maitre D and BA were the only people at the hall I had to tip.

My RH had a $450 fee in the contract which covered the Maitre D & Bridal Attendant tip. We included this in our final payment before the wedding.
Other vendors we gave around $20-$30 each.

there are several threads on tipping on various boards. I also think that LIW did a special article on the topic. Do a search and i'm sure you'll come up with at least 20.

$450 combined sounds good to me
I would have thought more for the others but that sounds good as well
