Tipping?

Is there a list/thread on who to tip at the wedding? Is this right so far?

Band
Florist
Matri D (I have 2)
Bridal Attendent
Banquet Manager ? < do I tip her?

Am I missing anyone??

I would tip my officiants except they are charging
me an insane amt for 30 min so EFF THAT!

I'm also including:

Hair and Makeup
Limo driver
Our officiant
Florist
