Tipping for Hair and Make up

For my cousin's wedding we had someone come into her house. We did not tip. This was in March 99, and us girls paid $60. When I called her to get pricing for my wedding in May 2000, she went up to $75 for girls. That's a lot.

But the rule of thumb is, if it's the owner of the business, you don't tip, or at least you don't HAVE to. And also, if they did a good job tip.
